Woodland High School is a public high school in Bartow County, Georgia, United States, serving grades 9 through 12. The school also has a pre-Kindergarten program. The total enrollment is 1,500, usually comprising students from two nearby public middle schools. This school has the most students of any school in Bartow County. The school offers a wide range of academic and extracurricular programs, including interactive clubs, performing arts programs, and competition against other schools in each of Woodland's sports programs. Since Woodland has such a large student intake, all of its sports are in 5A Classification in Region 5. ==History== Woodland High School was founded in 1997, the third high school built in Bartow County. Woodland is located on a 120-acre campus in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, near the Etowah River. The school's first principal was Dr. Nettie Holt.
